I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was perfect. The location was stunning and unbeatable, just next door to a convenient store, the train station and main downtown attractions and restaurants.

It was fairly clean and the staff were very nice, beds were big. The room was sufficiently clean, huge, it had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television.

Clean hotel in a nice building really close to a convenient store and near the train station, and the train stations and restaurants. Favourable location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Also, so close to the Hakata station that you have easy access to the city centre.

Favourable and stunning location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. Just a 5-minute walk away there was Hakata subway station. They gave us sufficiently clean room with a safe and fridge.

The hotel was clean, the room was fairly quiet and sufficiently clean and the bed was big. The personal was very nice. Otowa Park was really close to the venue, thoroughly enjoyed its location to Airport by taxi. The stay was absolutely great.

All the staff was friendly and helpful, solved my issues. My room was huge and reasonably spacious with good views. The bathroom was nice, included hair dryers, a bidet and bath sheets.

My baby and I greatly enjoyed being there. The room I were offered an upgrade to was a decent size and included satellite television, climate control and a personal safe. It was decorated in a modern style.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient and easy to find, just a short walk from the main train station. The lobby area is beautiful, with plenty of comfortable seating and fantastic views of the surroundings. We appreciated the free coffee and water available at the front desk, and the room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was refreshing, and the hotel offered useful amenities like free Wi-Fi and ice.

The noise from outside the hotel was a bit distracting, although this is a common issue in city hotels.

Have stayed here many times and would like to stay longer. The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were decent sized and brand-new with pleasant views. This hotel has an amazing location, just a short 7-minute walk to Hakata station. It's so convenient to have a Lawsons right across the road for any last-minute needs. The hotel also offers a free gym, which is a great bonus. I loved the huge TV in the room that had over 300 of the latest movies available for free. It's rare to find such attention to detail in a hotel.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was faultless.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which allowed me to comfortably use my yoga mat. The communal terrace was a nice touch, providing a peaceful space to catch up on work.
